Delivery on the website www.zuriell.com is made by courier within 5-8 working days. For holidays and during periods of discounts, the delivery time can be extended. Value depends on the wight and will be calculated at the end of the order process, before the checkout. Deliveries are made only on working days from Monday to Friday between 10am and 18pm.
If the package can not be delivered (the recipient does not respond, your address is incorrect, etc.), you will be contacted by telephone by the courier. If the consignee cannot be contacted, the package remains at the courier’s headquarters for 7 days, after which they will return it to the Shipper.
We are not responsible for delayed shipments, loss, damage, non-delivery or wrong delivery of a shipment or part of a shipment if they are generated by the following situations / circumstances independent of our will, but not limited to:
– road blockages (falls of trees, rocks, collisions in the chain), surprises of land near the road;
– falls of bridges, blockages of mountain tunnels, derailment of trains near the road, natural blockages, unauthorized strikes, spontaneous regional riots, adverse weather conditions for the good development of the proposed itinerary;
– natural causes: earthquakes, cataclysms, devastating storms, tornadoes, natural fires, floods, river discharges, riverbeds etc;
– human causes: the state of war, the state of siege, the forced nationalization (passing into state ownership), revolutions, popular revolts, etc;
– Failure of orders by suppliers and third parties.
The buyer may request the return of the products in the following situations:
– The packages show severe damage;
– The products were delivered / invoiced incorrectly. Delivery of products other than those requested must be reported immediately. The buyer may request its return for replacement, and if the product is no longer in stock, he can opt for replacement or full refund of the value. If the replacement with a higher value product is accepted, the difference will be paid, respectively if the value is lower, it will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. Return and transport costs for the replacement product, if any, are borne by the customer.
– The products have manufacturing defects;
– The Buyer has the right to notify the Seller in writing that he gives up the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 days after receiving the product. Also, according to art. 7 paragraph 1 of OG 130/2000, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, in writing, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product / products, without penalties and without invoking any reason. In this case, the direct costs of returning the products will fall, according to the law, to the Buyer.
The products must be returned in the original packaging, with the bill attached, not showing traces of physical wear or damage.
– promotional products, which benefit from discounts; these products can only be exchanged with other products at a similar price.
– personalized products. Please note that these products are created according to the configurations specified by you, so they cannot be changed / returned.
If the replacement with a higher value product is agreed, the Buyer will pay the difference, respectively if the value is lower, he will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. Return and transport costs for the replacement of the product, if any, are borne by the Buyer. In case the products whose return is requested presents damaged or incomplete packaging, traces of wear, scratches, blows, we reserve the right to decide to accept the return or to ask for compensation for the damages, the amount that will be communicated after the assessment of the damages brought.
In the case of exercising the legal right to return the product, the reimbursement of its value will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
