Section 4 – WordPress
Our store is hosted on the WordPress platform. WordPress offers us an online e-commerce platform – Woocommerce – that allows us to sell our products and services. Your data is stored through WordPress data storage, databases and the general Woocommerce application. They store data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete the purchase, then MobilPay stores your credit card details. It is encrypted by the Payment Card Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it is necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After the transaction is complete, the information about the purchase transaction is deleted.
All direct payment gateways are brought here to the standards set by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure safe handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Section 5 – Third Party Services
In general, the third party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we need to provide for purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies to understand how your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, please note that certain providers may be located or have facilities that fall under different jurisdiction either to you or to us. So, if you choose to make a transaction involving the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which that service provider is located or its facilities.
When you click on the links in our store, they may remove you from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and we encourage you to read their privacy statements.
Section 6 – Security
In order to protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and comply with best practices in the field, to ensure that they are not improperly lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Technology (SSL) and stored with SHA-256 encryption. Although no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and implement accepted additional industry standard.
